St Patties Day Mint Chip Smoothie

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 2 large handfuls of spinach
  • 1 tbsp golden ground flax seed
  • 1 tbsp chia seed
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1 drop 100% pure peppermint
  • A few ice cubes
  • Add all ingredients to Vitamix or high speed blender.
  • Be careful with the peppermint! You only need one drop!
  • Top with vegan mini chips
